You should make it a
habit to change your FTP User password at regular intervals.
Follow this process to modify the password for
an existing FTP user:
1.
Login to your
Control Panel and search for the domain name for which you have purchased
this hosting package.

2. In the search results view, click on the
domain name. This will take you to the order details view.
3. Click on Manage Web Hosting Service
in the lower toolbar.
4. In the Website Management interface pop-up
that follows, go to Manage Website -> FTP User Manger -> List FTP Users.
This would give a list of all FTP users associated with your web hosting
package.
5. In the user list view that follows, click on
the user whose password you wish to change.
6. Enter the new password in the Password
and Confirm password slots, and click on Submit.
