Follow this process to add FTP Users:

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 1

2. Click the Manage Web Hosting link.

3. In the Menu, point to Manage Website -> FTP User Manger and then click Add FTP User.

4. Specify the following details for the FTP user and click Submit:

   • Username: A standard Username for the new FTP User

   • Password: A Password for the new FTP User

   • Home directory: The User will automatically be directed to this directory; his access will be restricted to this directory and all its sub-directories. This User will not be able to access any files in a parent directory. The Home Directory has to exist at the time of adding the User.

   • Access Permissions: Read, Write and Execute permissions for the FTP User.
