Suspend / Unsuspend a Customer

You can Suspend a Customer from your Reseller Control Panel, this will shut down their access to their Customer Control Panel. However all the Services under this Customer would remain Active

Suspending a Customer:

1. Login into your Reseller Admin Control Panel at http://manage.resellerclub.com/reseller.

2. Go to Customers -> List and select the Customer OR search for the Customer Customers -> Search.

3. Click on the Suspend button to suspend the concerned Customer.

If the Customer is already Suspended and now you wish to Unsuspend, then follow the procedure mentioned below - 

Unsuspending a Customer:

1. Login into your Reseller Admin Control Panel at http://manage.resellerclub.com/reseller.

2. Go to Customers -> List and select the Customer OR search for the Customer Customers -> Search.

3. Click on the Unsuspend button to unsuspend the concerned Customer.
